Refund Policy
Items bought through our apps (in-app purchases) are generally non-refundable. In some special occasions there can be exceptions, However, there are some exceptions. Please take notice of following guidelines before submitting a refund request.
1. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase.
2. Refund requests will be denied if points were used to purchase any in-app products, such as exchange points and upgrade account.
Please send your payment concerns to koruruz90@gmail.com Make sure to mention when you made the original purchase and provide proof of purchase. Also, please provide us with your order number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345). Proof of purchase must be clear and unaltered. To find your proof of purchase, please check your app store account’s email address or in your app store’s purchase history. NOTICE:
In order to preserve the fairness of our apps, once your refund request is successful, our system will automatically disable your account.
